App is awesome sauce Service is sketchy these days

An absolutely outstanding website and a perfect example of why US Mail & the USPS is ridiculously bankrupt & should've never been in business. Anything & everything you need to do is possible from the app & the tracking feature is literally up to the minute with maybe a 30 second delay. I have no complaints & only wish all my packages were handled by these guys or DHL (also excellent)

Lost my package. Provided zero details to me once an investigation was open. I had to call to find out anything and when I called was greeted with attitude and provided different answers from different agents. Seemed to not care about my situation. And as of right now I still have recieved zero info on what is going on. Will be using FedEx from now on.

I must be an idiot, where do I find my Ups ID. Why does your settings ask for a 12+ password?
